NORTHERN STAR RESOURCES BRONZEWING MINE – Lake Darlot, Western Australia
Allfilters designs and constructs a turn-key potable water treatment plant to provide drinking, hand wash, and machinery washdown water for the Orelia Open Pit Operations facilities. The treatment plant consists of sediment filtration for total suspended solids (TSS) reduction, Antiscalant Dosing, Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis, Remineralization, chlorination and 24/7 recirculation with real-time remote monitoring via 4G network for pH, ORP, TDS, Temperature, Flow, and FAC. This weatherproof solution also houses feed, delivery and recirculation pumps to ensure all infrastructure is kept in in a sealed and cyclone-rated shelter.

FIONA STANLEY HOSPITAL – Murdoch, Western Australia
Allfilters performs scheduled preventative maintenance of the pretreatment to hemodialysis reverse osmosis systems. The pretreatment consists of backwash media filtration for total suspended solids reduction, water softening by ion exchange, chlorine & chloramine removal by catalytic carbon adsorption, carbon fine removal by multicartridge filtration, and disinfection by ultraviolet sterilization. Allfilters ensures timely completion of works through forward planning, strategic scheduling, and safe onsite execution.

BHP YANDI – SPINIFEX VILLAGE – Juna Downs, Western Australia
Allfilters was engaged to provide a compact, robust, duty/standby ion exchange plant that ensures continuous supply of softened, filtered water to the kitchen – even during maintenance. The plant incorporates hardness blend-back capability to maintain the optimal Langlier Saturation Index and mineral balance for kitchen appliances (hot water systems, dishwashers, tunnel-wash systems, reverse osmosis systems, combi steam ovens, bain-marie’s etc), and packs multiple layers of contingency in case of system component downtime/maintenance. This plant is designed for reliability, efficiency, and minimal operator intervention, to support the uninterrupted operation of a vital remote facility.

EXPRO GROUP – Kenwick, Western Australia
Allfilters designed and installed a system for the removal of hydrocarbons and high color control fluid from reuse water. The system consists of oil/water separation, mechanical filtration for TSS, adsorption by granular activated carbon, disinfection via ultraviolet sterilization and chlorination. Treated effluent is monitored via a site based analyzer with 4G connection for remote monitoring via the internet. Alarms are sent via email and SMS when system setpoints are exceeded to ensure 24/7 water quality compliance.

ROY HILL MINESITE – Chichester, Western Australia
Allfilters remedys the cause of rapid corrosion and pinhole leaks in the hot water systems, stainless steel pipework, and kitchen appliances. Our team identified Iron Bacteria as the cause and developed a custom filtration and UV sterilization system to eliminate it. Now, Roy Hill enjoys protected equipment, improved system reliability, reduced maintenance costs, and stronger infrastructure for uninterrupted operations.

NORTHERN STAR RESOURCES THUNDERBOX MINE – Leinster, Western Australia
Allfilters designs and constructs a turn-key potable water treatment plant to provide drinking, hand wash, and machinery washdown water for the Bannockburn Mine Site (Leonora, WA). The treatment plant consists of sediment filtration for total suspended solids (TSS) reduction, Antiscalant Dosing, Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis, Remineralization, chlorination and 24/7 recirculation with real-time remote monitoring via 4G network for pH, ORP, TDS, Temperature, Flow, and FAC. This weatherproof solution also houses our Grundfos feed, delivery, and recirculation pumps to ensure all infrastructure is kept in in a sealed and cyclone-rated shelter.

NORTHERN STAR RESOURCES JUNDEE MINE – Wiluna, Western Australia
Allfilters designs and constructs a turn-key 6m3/hr Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis system for potable water treatment at NSR Jundee Mine Site (Wiluna, WA). Low flow, inadequate chemical pretreatment and poor RO design through an existing 4040 membrane system was causing premature membrane fouling, resulting in downtime and labour intensive membrane changes. The new plant consists of sediment filtration for total suspended solids (TSS) reduction, Antiscalant Dosing to prevention against inorganic fouling, and 6 x 440 (8″) Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis Membranes for total dissolved solids (TDS) reduction.

BUSSELTON HEALTH CAMPUS – Busselton, Western Australia
Allfilters provides preventative maintenance services including performance testing, functionality validation, valve wear-part replacement, media extraction, and media loading on mains water softening system. This system ensures 24/7 continuity of softened water supply to the hot water network, protecting hot water systems from scale formation as a result of excess calcium & magnesium (total hardness as CaCO₃) content in the municipal water supply.
